I would highly recommend using Kevin Hill. I actually ended up working with his son Mitch Hill and I was really impressed with his honesty, knowledge and expertise. This was my first time buying a home and he walked me through the process patiently and helped me through every step of the way. He  was quick to answer emails, texts, and phone calls. Kollin, was absolutely Wonderful to work with! My husband and I were moving all the way from Kentucky to California.
